How does billing actually work?
You pick monthly or annual and pay by card. Annual is the lower rate — $19/mo billed yearly for Solo versus $24/mo month to month. Pricing takes effect at general availability; during the private beta, design-partner teams are not charged at all.
What does 'runs on your own tokens' mean for my bill?
Recall happens inside your Claude Code, on your own Claude subscription or API tokens. We never sit in the middle of your questions, so there is no per-question or per-seat charge from us for asking things. What we bill for is ingesting and threading your meetings into the memory graph — the part that runs on our infrastructure.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your account. You keep access through the end of the period you have already paid for. Your memory is portable — you can export it and take it with you, because it was never ours to hold.
What exactly does Founding Member lock in?
The $14/mo (or $120/yr) rate, for as long as your subscription stays active. It is limited to the first 500 accounts. If our list price rises later, yours does not. It includes everything in Solo — the lock is on the price, not on a smaller version of the product.
When does Teams ship?
Q4 2026, at $29–39 per seat per month billed annually with a 3-seat minimum. The pricing band is not final yet, which is why it is shown as a range rather than a number we would have to walk back. Join the waitlist and we will confirm the exact rate before you are ever asked to pay it.
